My Flipkart registered mobile no. Is 797xxxxx70
From above mentioned Flipkart account I had ordered a mobile (Realme GT Master Edition, Cosmos Black) by choosing the 12 month EMI option on ICICI amazon pay credit card (i.e. 19099/-) and I canceled the same order after 10 minutes and this amount was refunded (i.e. 19099/-) on the same day. As the order cancels, the EMI order should cancel automatically by Flipkart end. Now my EMI is continuing. Confirmation about EMI creation from the bank by mail or message is not received to me also. Now ICICI bank asking me to foreclosure this EMI to give some amount (approx. 2100/-) and Flipkart also don’t provide any solution they are mark my issue as “solved” rather they are solving it. This is one type of invisible fraude with innocent people by Flipkart and ICICI Bank as well.
