I have ordered Oneplus Y1S 32-Inch 80cm TV from Flipkart. When I received the package and opened it, I found out that there was some other brand TV “RID” in it and it was fully damaged. I also have a video proof of opening the package and taking out the defective TV. When I ried connecting with Flipkart customer care they are ignoring the call and are not ready to take the defective piece back. I am even ready to share the video with them.
