We saw an ad of a chair online from femworld homes and we bought it on 19th septmber.Upon successful transaction, we did not receive any confirmation email from femworld homes about the order. I sent an email to the ID provided on the website : info.cloudstore1994@gmail.com
Got no response, the contact number too does not exist. The payment company PayU has not replied to my concerns after raising a ticket with them, they have surpassed the deadline of responding on 27th September.
