I have ordered iphone 15 in Big billion day on 26th September 2024. The phone was delivered on 28th September.. when I switch on the mobile it is a already used product..i raised a replacement request within 30 minutes.. Flipkart cancelled the replacement request without giving any reason..the camera and flash light of the phone is not working..
