Respected Sir/Mam

I am Rudraksh from Hoshangabad District , Hoshangabad (M.P)

On 7th June 2020 I received a call from “DFX Enterprises ” offering online Data Entry part time job from mobile . They said 700 words workload in 7 days I have to do it with 90%accuracy.

Then I asked about any of the penalty they denied , I told them about that I am not of 18 yrs  Old , my age is 16yrs old they said  no worries I can put my father’s aadhaar card and Email Id

They sent an E-mail that I have signed their agreement (which I have not )saying that  If I failed to submit the work in 10 days then I have to pay penalty of Rs 4700

I was shocked by this E-mail I called back to them , they said you have registered now you have to do it  , I refused to continue and  they said ok .

But next day I received a call that I have to pay penalty of Rs. 4700 for cancellation . I told this to my father , he inquired somewhere and he came to know that “DFX Enterprises “is a fraud company  then we started ignoring their calls .

But on 9th July approx. After 1 month, I received a message that they have filed a complaint against me under section 420 and they sent a no. 7435003987 to clear the due and they sent a notice to pay The dues with interest  of Rs. 4700+3000  from Adv. Minhaz  .

They are mentally torching us , I request you to take a strict action against them.
