My order from Meesho send through Libera Shipping and here is the tracking details

Stating order is delivered
However my order is not delivered to me ad it was my prepaid order also without me sharing my delivery otp provided by website to share with delivery associate how can it be delivered
How can I proceed here
Libera Shipping team is just fraud
