Today while is was at office, my wife received a parcel on my name from delhivery,for 820 rs,cash on delivery….,she collected it ,on opening it she found black waste cloth..on checking Delhivery app,we found some reseller named AEPL is cheating people..it’s a fraud order which we never placed..kindly help what should be done and how to get refund
