Sir, Delhi based company Delhi infra tech limited, CIN no U70200DL2010PLC199170 has cheated me. I had paid 9 Lacs for booking 2 units for upcoming projects in L zone 2 and half years back which was falsely presented by company that it has land but later I came to know DDA has not given license to any builder, now I want to cancelled the bookings and my hard earned money back, for same I contacted to Mr Lalit gerra, board member of company, he told me that my money will be refunded but now he is not picking up my phone, please help in this regard.
