ON 6TH FEB I ORDERED FOOD AMOUNTING TO Rs. 1301-, BUT AFTER SHOWING FAILURE OF PAYMENT I TRIED TWICE FOR PAYMENT BUT ZOMATO DEDUCTED THE AMOUNT TWICE FROM MY ACCOUNT AND AFTER COMPAINING AGAINST IT THEY TOLD TO ASK IT FROM BANK .. AFTER ASKING IT FROM BANK THEY TOLD ME THAT PAYMENT IS DONE TO ZOMATO ACCOUNT SO THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR NON REFUNDING PROCESS… AND STILL AFTER 9-10 DAYS THEY STILL NOT REFUNDING IT…THEY ARE THIVES AND NEVER ACCEPTING THAT .
EVEN I SHARED MY BANK STATEMENT TO THEM THE STILL ANSWEING THE SAME THAT I HAVE TO CONTACT IT BANK.
ZOMATO IS FULL OF FRAUD PEOPLE ..IT IS VERY CHEAP ORGANISATION THEY ARE RUNNING THEIR ORGANTION BY DOING THESE KIND OF CHEAP ACTIVITY..
NEVER GO FOR ZOMATO SERVICES .
