I have ordered a necklace via COD from an online website called Crystal jewellery on 16th Feb 2023 After placing order I got a whatsapp message from number 9825791893 asking if the order is confirmed, I replied yes after that he messaged you will receive product in 7 to 8 days and I got it from shiprocket courier on 21st Feb 2023, I paid Rs1250 via cash when I opened box it was totally a different necklace which is of very cheap quality. I immediately msged on the same number complaining about the wrong product delivery then he msged me a link to place a return but I was getting error while placing return order, then I msged him it’s not working I didn’t get any response from the number even after msging multiples times abd calling multiple time from different number. I see many complaints has been submitted against Crystal jewellery in consumer protection but still the fraud is happening and the owner doesn’t care due to lack of action.
