Sir, I have ordered jewellery from Crystal jewellers website and they have delivered a defective wrong product. Their website look too professional and thus we don’t get a clue of being cheated. Now upon calling them none of them answer the call and upon asking refund no answer at all. Please take a strict against this kind of cheaters to the public.

This is a clear case of fraud.
