I am Sudhir from Bulandshahr, UP. I want to earn money by doing a part time job so I searched online for any part time job, I found this job of data entry by crop technology quite useful so I applied for this job. In this job we have to fill forms about 1000 forms within 11 days, I found this job quite easy so I applied for this job.
Next day I got a call from this company, they asked me to send my details such as photo of Adhar card/voter id card/ driving license through WhatsApp, as I was in a full mood to do the job so I send my Adhar card photo to them on whats app for registration. They also asked me, when to start my work?, so I said that I will start the work after two days
After two days, I started my work. First day I worked and on second day as I login the account, it showed that it is banned due multiple logins. I did not bothered to that and did not worked that day.
On the next day I received a call from a lady of that company named SHRIYA JAIN (Mob No. 07303026369). She speaked too rudely asked me to pay the mantainance charge (₹18608) for damaging their server and when I refused to pay the amount, she said that they will send legal notice to my house and will meet at the court. She also sendalsoa email which states the amount has to be paid my me as penalty and additional charges o. Delaying of the charges ₹2500/- per day.
She also send a legal notice by a high court advocate named M. Patel for not following the agreement of the company and damaging the server of the company. They started torturing me.
