My brother in law was looking out for Data entry job to support expenses of his family as he is also jobless for almost 2 years. But l government announced in lockdown holidays due to corona virus .

My brother in law is applied on Quikr and one fine day receive message at my miss cell and call from Ms. Khusi (Executive) of CP Solutions for CAPTCHA typing work from home for which you have to sign an agreement and an acceptance form that says that the company will pay weekly for 8000 Captchas to be typed with 90% accuracy. If not achieved i’ll pay Rs.6,500 to the company. Cp solution aggreement type in totally English language and he is not full knowledge in English .

But he is suggested on khusi Executive call . My brother in law is not know in English Knowing this he is started working and was shocked to know that they have not provided necessary tools and assistance to perform the task. The help option on workspace platform does not work. There is no option to know how many captchas we have typed (until we are provided with report next day or day after at 6pm). We have no option to correct the captchas. He inform to executive with call but executive is not received his call. 6/5/2021 he was working with cp solution and he was complete in something 6817 captcha.

Today I was discuss with the company executives I request so kindly give me two more days for complete the work and give me my payment after count my captcha but he is using abused lenguage . After which was barely 65% and 73% respectively, I backed out, knowing in 2 days itself I was on some wrong Captchas and was short of some captcha clearly stating the reason which is lack of necessary tools and assistance to perform assigned task.

All of a sudden, today, I recd a call from cp solution manager from Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat asking for out of court settlement to resolve the dispute of breaching the contract. He started threatening and using abusive language. I informed him that he should be aware that Cheating is an offense/crime and is punishable under IPC 420.
