Text of Complaint by Lakshya Jain:

I ordered a Coach signature canvas backpack on 9th August 2022 for 3499 rs. I received a fake brown bag instead of it. When I try to call them or message them no one replies and my refund request is always pending.

  1. Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway (e.g. PayTM, PayU) up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
