Text of Complaint by Venkatesh Devipur:

I had booked a mobile by paying online Rs. 23990/- on Best of Indian products website. They have cheated me by sending non-working mobile.
Web address is EGBERT REUBEN VENTURES PVT. LTD., Reg. office address: 20-1-265/1 doodkhana, pranapul, Hyderabad, Telangana-500054, and seller with their Invoice Shree Shyam Traders, #20-1-10 & 11, Doodh Khana, puranapul, Hyderabad-54.
They accepted return policy as I spoke to Seller immediately after receiving product. But till today not responded to my cry. Even legal notice also sent by my Advocate. Web site address was wrong as legal notice was got back. Kindly get me my money back.
