I had ordered some pieces of jewelry from Shilpshaala Instagram page dated 5th February 2022. The owner’s name is Krishna Rathi and he’s based out of Kolkata.
The total amount of the order was INR 3900. To date, I haven’t received my products nor the refund amount. Tried messaging him and calling him many times but of no use. All he said was the product is under completion and he’ll deliver in the next week
