Further to the above attached mail and many other such false mails from Amazon , I am now bound and compelled to mark a copy to the area police department , and apprise them about the hooliganism behaviour of Amazon Delivery in Kalaikunda Area .
The attached orders were all sent back by the delivery agent showing irresponsible behaviour that has led to huge loss to me on 29th Apr.
Even after asking the delivery guy to reschedule delivery ( abiding the delivery policy of amazon ) , the courier guy acted oversmart and rude and sent the orders back without customer’s consent .
The issue was immediately mailed to amazon , to which a robotics email came through about stringent action being promised against the service person within 48 hrs . All in vain . No step taken by Amazon .
Series of mails , from my end , along with Twitter posts followed . To my shock , Amazon looks to be totally reckless and deaf about it .
In the meanwhile , the delivery guy continuously sent most of my orders back , fraudulently , without my consent . The same was reported to Amazon , and nothing has happened till date .
The ticket number was my last mail to Amazon , which promised a resolution in 3 working days . Till date nothing happened either through mail or through calls. Either the person has died or is spineless as the company he is working with .
Things happened this morning , when I received a call from amazon delivery asking me for ORDER # 402-4040923-7716303 and blaming me that I am continuously cancelling the order . I mean what?????????????? It’s Amazon Delivery , who is doing a fraud around me , for their personal reasons and ego. And today , since Amazon and Amazon Escalations ( which doesn’t exist ) never acted upon their own lies , it’s now being put back on to the customer saying – Customer is lying .
I also tried to update the Delivery Agent about his misbehaviour being reported to the police , updated amazon to penalise him for the amount that he has sent back without customer’s consent . But nothing happened .
To me , it all looks like Amazon is Sold off to its Delivery Guy and the guy simply doesn’t have any fear of the law and policy of the company.
For your reference , I am once again attaching the order numbers , which have continuously updated with fake information.
