Ordered a Acer Tv on 16aug – faulty – tech comes and then says its faulty and get a new replacement today – tech comes to install and its another faulty piece.
Now the fraud part is, receipt i received has the serial number that is updated on their end, however the TV is sent with a different serial number, in this case they are suspicious we are giving them some other TV. How can you send a matching bill serial no when the TV sent and packed in amazon branding doesnt have a correct number. This is clearly Fraud
