Text of Complaint by K. V. Apparao:

I have ordered Titan connected x smart watch from amazon on 20-10-2020 and when the package was opened after delivery, the watch was missing inside the package. Only a charger and an extra strap were present. I have raised a complaint, called them and chatted with the amazon team daily. Initially, they assured me of replacement and sent multiple delivery persons to my home who in turn refused to give me the replacement since it was recorded in their database as a defective item but not as missing case. After 7 days of literal begging, they say that they have carried out some investigation and the results of it stated that the package was delivered intact in right condition and I will not be given back my money of Rs.12,205 nor a new replacement package. It was a birthday gift by my son with his first salary. But I have been humiliated, deceived and bluffed by the amazon since a week. After so many blunders, they put all the blame on me and simply say that they can’t do anything.
