Text of Complaint by Lalit Gupta:

I ordered two JBL T460BT Extra Bass Wireless On-Ear Headphones from Amazon India on 7th December 2020 (order no. 402-9038396-9939529) Seller: Appario Retail Private Ltd, with two day delivery request. The package was delivered on 8th December 2020 but had only one unit. The second headphone unit was missing. A complaint was made to Amazon customer care and I was asked to wait for 7 days for investigation to get over. Upon contacting seller, I was told that Amazon has handled the packaging and delivery. A complaint was also made on Amazon’s Twitter account by my wife and we were told to submit full details of complaint, which I did along with photographs of the package received. Since the missing item was a birthday gift for my daughter, I meanwhile ordered the headphone again, hoping that Amazon will be able to find the problem with the missing item. However, after 7 days, when I contacted customer care, I was told that nothing wrong was found in the investigation and they cannot do anything about my missing item. Same reply was received on 16th December 2020 from the social media team. I asked for investigation proof from Amazon but did not receive any reply. I want to take legal recourse against Amazon India and their delivery service. This is a clear case of fraud. Item for which I paid has not been delivered to me and the company refuses to take responsibility.

  1. Lalith airways is a worst service in India

    I have booked from kolkatta to ambur(Tamil Nadu) Total 4 Boxes but I received one 3 box

    I already informed them to find and give it soon but after a month his giving missing reply..

    Then we asked to pay my loses but he directly refused me .. his replied like this .. you may asked to railway department you don’t have rite’s to asking Lalit airways .. we are not responsible..

    Please tell me what to do now..
