Have order EGATE LED projector worth Rs. 18990 , they delivered the faulty product covering the unsealed product box under amazon packaging , on complaining about the faulty unsealed product the exchange was offered with wait time of 3-4 days on the day of delivery they showed the product out for delivery but never delivered the product and incorrectly updated the status as delivery attempted failed. On complaining they assured next day morning delivery and again not delivered after several call and tracking from my side and then cancelled the product stating the product doesnt pass the quality check that to without coming for product exchange and check. Amazon is simply tell nothing can be done in this cheating the customer and giving customer faulty refurbished product at cost of new product.
