I ordered an item on 25 September 2022 on Amazon order number 408-5408752-4053144. They promised me the delivery date of 29 September 2022. Today is 5th October and I have not received the order and every time when I call or chat with the customer care representative they disconnect the chat without providing the resolution. Amazon is neither delivering the product nor cancelling it and returning the money. Order amount is 15119 INR. Amazon India has simply done fraud in the name of selling. I’m attaching the all the relevant proofs because I have a fear that they might delete all the data from application as well. Kindly help me consumer court.
