Hi this is regarding the prepaid order I placed for the watch.Order date 22-Jun-2022 Order # 171-4801240-3159500 It was scheduled to deliver on 29june as per email I received on that morning and later few hours I got another email it’s delivered. I don’t understand how it was delivered and when ..I don’t got any call from the delivery end regarding the delivery of my product, so how did they marked my product as delivered, as I spoke to customer care they earlier told me to wait and when I called them again then after a gap of 2 days they raised the complaint. When I called them again they said it was delivered to the customer. Now it’s so sick of u that you have hired fraudsters in ur company who are doing these frauds and when an investigation is raised you ask those fraudsters to look into the fraud they reply back everything is alright.(asking the thief whether has he committed crime or not) u claim my product is delivered to me then definitely you would have the proof of delivery like call records from the courier end to the customer, signature of the customer, OTP…. well its really sad to experience that ur hired fraudsters are cheating and u people are letting them do so and no care for the customer ..
