This is with respect to return ID – RT104337024.
I returned a kurta set which was not exactly in terms of what i ordered from website.
Ajio’s pickup agent from shadowfax visits me, takes images and then takes the product to their warehouse or whatever the return procedure is.
Then after so many days i receive a call from Ajio and a very rude and abrupt associate shouts on me & wrongfully accuses me that i have sent a “white baby child tshirt” and he will not process my refund neither will he hear my outcry explaining him that I didn’t sent him wrong product.
I’m a very regular shopper at Ajio but this kind of fraud has never happened to me ever.
Last i spoke with ajio care that ended with the fact that a superior officer would be calling me to hear me to out as the agents were not giving much consideration to my problem.
They promised me that i’ll be contacted by a superior in next 24-48hrs but what happens is i receive a mail that complaint is closed.
