I had ordered iphone X from airtel online store on 7th September 2018, paid one time payment of ₹35,270/-. The estimated delivery date was 13 September 2018. When i tried tracking the site would not open showing error.
After calling airtel n number of times they lodged my complaint and said that they will resolve the issue within 24 hours. But there was no response from their side at all.
Again after calling them they said that since there is no stock left the order got cancelled. While placing order and accepting money the phone was in stock later suddenly it goes out of stock.
We are going to lodge a consumer complaint against them. And we dont want refund we want the phone that we ordered. Order no 10052813
