I have opted for 2GB/day data plan and I have been observing that in my mob data usages displaying 1GB however in airtel app i can see only few mb left and started getting msgs from Airtel saying you have usages 90% data. I have track of all day of my actual data usages, non of them are 2GB in a single day so far.
There is a disappointing Mismatch between the usages and actual data given to customer.
This is clearly an act of fraud and stealing the money from customer.
I request to take all nacessary action towards Airtel for this act of fraud.
