This is regarding the issue of fraud by Airtel. I had upgraded my airtel BroadBand plan to 999 excluding gst for added services like one year amazon prime video subscription and 3 month Netflix plan. After i made the payment and the plan was activated i couldn’t activate the offers given above. I tried to resolve that with Airtel customer care but was provided information that airtel does not endorse these services anymore. This is clear case of fraud as the company is going against the advertised plan and services to gain more customers.
As you can see from the screenshot attached. Its showing all the services as active but in reality airtel is not providing any with there fraudulent behaviour. Strict sanctions should be imposed on the company for the sameImage Uploaded by Aamir Bhat:
