Airtel is Charging for 1860 series number without informing customers that , apart from Local STD and ISD numbers there exists a fourth category called Special numbers which are charchable @Rs.1 per min.
Even after doing recharge of unlimited pack, Airtel is charging for calls on 1860 numbers and when asked about it their response was that special numbers are chargeable. So what is the use of doing recharge of unlimited pack if we are charged from main balance.
