I ordered an egg boiler on 11th feb on flipkart but the order was not placed and money got deducted from phone pe account. After that i raised a complaint in phone pe regarding transaction , they had provided me a transaction ID aling with merchant order ID as a confirmation that money is received by flipkart. But the customer support that I spoke to has told me that we have not provide any merchant ID with phone pe, contact them for your refund and we are not responsible for that.
