I ordered 2 branded bags from the Brand Maart website – Dior and LV (6500/- in total). After waiting for 4 days I received the order and it was no where even close to what was shown on the website during purchase. I received 2 cheap quality bags, not worth more than 300/-. I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care of Brand Maart for a refund but there has been no response from their end.
