Respected sir/madam,

I have purchased a new tab for my daughter to attend online class due to the covid 19 situation. But, the product I received was very old piece with scratches and damages instead of a brand new product. I was really shocked when I opened the pack and saw the used and damaged piece. The same day, I communicated with their representative and they confirmed that I will get my money back in 3 days but, there is no update and no one is picking up the call after the first communication. I am attaching the photos and order details for evidence.
