We have booked a room in mountview resort and spa, tungarli road, lonavala. The payment was done yesterday i.e 30th dec 2022. After reaching to the resort they said they dont have tie up with Agoda. Why the resort was listed im Agoda’s website. There has been too much of inconvenience caused because of this, i had to arrange another resort, i need my money back.
