I booked ticket from Bhopal to Indore and got email confirmation also but later on call confirmation they informed ticket booked from Sihore which I needed to cancel as I was at Bhopal. Ticket cancellation cost me loss of 199.50 RS

We have checked your recent booking and noticed that you were travelling from Bhopal to Indore. The pickup point you had selected from Bhopal was Sehore. However, we see that you cancelled the ticket at the last minute, which resulted in a deduction of 50% of the ticket amount.
