i am ashwani kumar
In my jio home page partner and earn with jio Become a jio associate logo is here and I am click this logo and go to play store and download Jio POS Lite app this app.
I signed up on this app recently and went on to load money in my wallet 3000/- rupees. Money deducted from my account by upi transaction jio@citibank but 2000/- is not visible in my jio pos lite wallet.
it only shows 1000/- rs and when i call customer executive or jio costumer care on 1988 they said that don’t have any knowledge regarding this app and they don’t even have access this app.
I already has been waited for 10 working days but still seeking for my refund or appear in the jio pos lite wallet

Please help me I lost my 2000/- rs
i will wating for your reply and would be very thankful to you to sort out my complaint
