Text of Complaint by Malay Kumar Basu:

I applied a loan from Cash Planet App offering loan with tenure of 91 days to 365 days.
But they disbursed the amount in my bank account and after disbursement they changed the tenure from 91 days to 7 days and without my consent. From 6th day their representatives started calling me and my family members and relatives with abusive language and threatening language asking to pay the amount. They charged more than double of the amount and violating all RBI rules.
Please help me to get out of this trouble and agents of Cash Planet App.
