Dear Sir,
1. Had paid Rs43889/- for an apple watch series 4 from Paytm on 28 Mar 2019 and received two stones in the package on 30 Mar 2019 at 1430h instead. The issue was brought to the notice of Paytm care on 30 Mar 19 at 1450h. After their investigation, they have rejected my complaint.
2. My contention is for accountability of this fraud and refund of my money if nothing else.
