I booked bus from Amritsar to Jalandhar at 7.30
First of all the bus number that they informed and Bus Operator were different from what they booked.
Secondly the bus took an entire round of Amritsar city from bus stand and started at 9 pm instead of 7.30 pm.
On being asked, they said ask Red Bus, we are not responsible.
I booked for Kartar Bus Operator and the bus that i got was Northern
By the time i should have been in Jalandhar, they started from Amritsar.
Complete scam and fraud.
