I have asked to salesperson regarding facilities on jio fiber and he gave false information. After the amount paid and installation got completed non of the facilities are available on the device. I have raised the complaint to refund the amount but they say it will not b refunded. All this i have in mail if required I can submit. I had clearly said that as I have not used the device from the day 1 then why the amount will not be refunded to me. I have clearly mentioned that until amount will not given back to I am not going to surrender the device.
