I ordered Kahi Wrinkle Bounce Multi Balm x2 from Hanabi online website (https://hanabibeauty.in/). It was a COD order but the delivery guy did not let me open the order before hand. I gave money post which when I opened the order it was some cheap red color nailpaint instead of the product I ordered. Now I am trying to reach out to the them via email but no response is received. Order was delivered on 26th Jul 2023. My order no is #HB3756.
Please help me get my refund.
