I ordered Men’s cargo pants from diclon.in where it showed like offering an combo of two pants for ₹899. So that with an interest I placed an order by choosing COD and an verification email sent to me which showed like purchase has been done and would be shipped and notified when it has been sent. And after a couple of weeks I got an message that my order has been sent through ekart services. Throughout the period before the delivery I thought so that it would good or sometimes it would not meet my expectations of the quality. But after getting my package there was no bill tags and it was packed thrice inside and after opening it i was shocked as hell because the pants delivered wasn’t the one I ordered and instead of the cargo pants i ordered the pants I got was tored and used by an individual and been badly used up to its last and its been badly smelled even the pants was roughly used and been packed. After the disappoint that I got I checked for an refund and customer service from diclon.in and there was no contact number or an address of them too and I checked the refund policy and got an email diclonhelpdesk@gmail.com. where I sent an mail to diclon.in and hasn’t received an reply from their side. And finally I realized that i have been scammed. This ain’t good
