I called to customer no on 5th november 2021.regarding the replacement of adaptar but technician visited the spot and replace the setup box with HD facility but now right from the mentioned time they are not solving my problems .whenever i call they called me repeatedly and disturbed and never solve the issue.They demand for recharge .whatever i recharege it is deducted from the recharge balance.without watching for a single minute
