I have paid 8650 rs to Varun enterprises for replacing all the filters and motor of Kent grand RO machine but water tds is keep on fluctuating sometimes 322 to 07 and I m keep on complaining about the same to customer service team . Since all the parts they have replaced them also not able to provide concret solution and I m forced to drink bisleri water from bottles. In between on 30th March a technician came and I shouted and complained about it so he shouted back to me and it was like he will beat me and I complained about him to Varun enterprises and asked some sr technician to visit but no body turned up and keep on complaining to customer service so on 10th Apr a technician came checked everything set the tds changed the motor and left setting tds of 80 against 200 tds of input water. Again automatically tds became 30 so I was keep on complaining since 3..4 days so again same technician came who misbehaved with me on 30th March .. I thought if I will be polite so may be he will be polite too again he changed the tds to 110 so I asked to reduce it to 90 so he started shouting again I asked him to let me check the tds level with my tds so started misbehaving with me . He is a technician and it’s his job to make the customer satisfied after all I have paid huge money but what I m getting is misbehaviour and abuse . I again complained about him to customer care team about the technician but they can’t take any action against that guy. Varun enterprises or that technician ultimately coming to my place because of Kent Ro so if any Misbehave is responsibility of Kent . I need suggestions on harassment and misbehaviour I am facing since 29th Marchand really want some one who can take action against technician and Varun enterprises.after all that episode Kent team arranged a well behaved technician but not very sure about tds fluctuating paart .. now my concern about Varun enterprises and technician srujan reddy 9448944288. I do have bills of amount paid on 29th March 2023 (rs 5985)and 10th April 1023 (rs 2650)
