I took a ride on 6th May 22 and made the payment to the cab driver via Google pay of amount 822 rupees. But now I’m getting calls from your end stating that I have to pay 500 rupees which I borrowed for this ride. My transaction Id for that ride is 212626965086. I even gave my transaction screenshot to them as a proof but they still tortured me. Now they charged me 598. Because of their back to back ivr calls tortured me and paid that amount on 05th march 23. Now i want to raise a complain against ola. I have all the proof of email communication which happened with them and also the transaction proof.
