- I have applied for a job on quickr for data entry on 2018 and after some days I got a call from company called Wifinity and they told me that they can pay me for form filling or typing job and I do not have to pay any amount. They provided me link but never mentioned anything about any contract or agreement that I have to pay any penalty for certain amount if I did not finish my work. They asked for my adhar card and i have sent them by whatsapp and they sent me a link but did not mention anything else about any penalty and after 30 days i got a legal notice in whatsapp that I have to pay penalty for not completing my work, that advocate calling and giving threat on court and saying pay 6000/- amount and clear it then I fear and I paied the money because there is no choice for me but on 26.02.2021 I got a call from advocate ajay rathod B. Com llb (chamber no. 101,102 hospital chowk lohana para rajkot Gujarat 360001) contact no- 7990266166 and saying ur agreement case file is not clear yet u have to pay 1.20 lac then I shocked for 5mins I asked him what it is they rudle saying you want to pay otherwise court will take action regarding you with in 3 days and I m saying there is nothing my fault,then after some minutes I got a mail from (adv.associate11@gmail.com)notice for pay 1 lac rupees, Please help me with this I am the only one at earning person in family please help me out.
