I Neha Jaswal, want to file a complaint against Data Base Solution company in sector 34 A Chandigarh for doing fraud with me. They called me for work from home based job. As I was interested I accepted the offer and gave interview. I was selected and they charged Rs 5000 from me Rs 3000 for security and Rs 2000 for processing fee. After receiving payment they sent me a file via email and told me to read that at home. At home I got to know that was an agreement and there are lots of difference between the agreement and what they told me verbally. They told me there will be no termination if project not submitted on time or the accuracy will not match. But in agreement termination is mentioned due to above reason, and I was told Rs 3000 will be given back within two months but in agreement they have mentioned it to be given in 6 months and if the accuracy will not match they will not refund security. Secondly, they told me company name Data Base Solution but I got emails from HitVacancy. thirdly, I gave payment through Google pay on 7087522407 this number and they told if you have any issue you can call us on this number. I want an extention on time due to my laptop issue so i called on above number but she did’nt gave any valuable response, her name is Neha, she was very rude too me and she said this is her personal number and didn’t provide me any other number. When I told them I will file a complaint against you then they are ready to give me solution but I cannot trust them anymore. Also my work panel is working after I told them that I will file a complaint against them. So I need my money back from them.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you.
