Dear Flipkart
Being a flipkart plus member I have faced a very bitter experience shopping from flipkart. On 20 sept, 2022 , I ordered a product which was about to deliver on that day to my house. But my father demised on that day and i could not able to receive the product. It was prepaid product. Order id- OD226047408465726000
The product did not deliver to me. Delivery agent named “Sudip Sikdar” told me he will deliver my product within few days. But he didn’t, one day he told me that big billion days was going on that time, so after ending big billion days the product will deliver. Day by day he cheated and provided fake promises. Just few days ago another delivery agent named ” Gopal saha ” told me that my prepaid has been kept in Hub office, and within few days Sudip sikder (the actual delivery agent) will come to my house and will deliver my product. But nobody has come. Both of the Delivery agent told lie to me, and cheated me. The second delivery agent ” Gopal saha” is also involved in my case. Both of them are intentionally created fraud against my prepaid product. Today I came to know from ” Gopal saha” That my product was returned without my concern. Even though during so many days that Gopal saha told me that my product has been kept in office Hub. I have the phone number of Gopal saha,delivery agent (phone number- 9903088644). I was cheated very badly by these two agents. Being a flipkart plus member i have purchased so many products from flipkart. I always prefer flipkart other than any e commerce. But today I feel very dishearten from flipkart service and the agents. It is very bad experience. The amount of my prepaid product was Rs. 512/-. It’s a small amount but i was betrayed by your agent flipkart. For this reason I will not able to purchase any more product from flipkart in future.Delivery agents cheated with me and misbehaved. That was prepaid product. That is my horrible experience from shopping through flipkart.
I am requesting you kindly look into the case and refund either my product or money and please take som
e serious action against those two fraud delivery agents so that nobody likes me will not face any problem from those two agents in future.
