Dear sir
My name is vanani hardik manaharbhai and my contact number is 9998993864.My location is surat, Gujarat, india
Whenever I purchase karma membership at a time your person ( swapnil bhai – 7016509860 and firoz bhai – 9920717632) give me offer at 30 nights with zero maintenance charge at 3 years and then after I doing payment 55000/- from my credit card.
But when my membership ID ( 15480 ) generated at a time I get only 18 nights holidays.
Now I trying to contact Mr swapnil many time but they can’t receive my phone and that person not meet at office.
Swapnil cheat and fraud with me.
I have all evidence ( call recording, what’s up history, msg ) regarding this matter.
I tell many time to branch manager mr Aditya sir at baroda division bcoz he also known these matter
But till I have not get any types of solution.
So my last decision is that I spread in insta and Facebook I’d – karma resort and hospitality is cheater and frauder, they can’t give offer whenever discuss at purchase time , after receiving payment they give as he want
I spread all my call recording and what’s up chat with Mr swapnil
And then I can registered FIR at police station against karma resort and hospitality.
So these is my last mail to you sir
If you give me proper solution other wise as mention that’s done confirm.
