Text of Complaint by DEEPAK KUMAR GUPTA:

MY NAME IS DEEPAK KUMAR GUPTA I HAVE ORDERED SOME PRODUCT WHICH WAS BEEN WRONGLY PLACED AND I REQUESTED TO BLINKIT THAT PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT IT AS I WANNA CANCEL IT AND CHANGE/MODIFY THEY TOLD US THAT THEY WILL FIRST MAKE IT DELIVRED IT AND THEN AFTER THEY WILL MAKE EXCHNAGE OR RETURN IT ,WHEN DELIVERY BOY COME AT MY DOOR SAME THING I TOLD HIM BUT HE TOLD THAT FIRST WILL SHOW DELIVRED THEN AFTER IT WOULD BE EXCHNGE AND RETURN NOW BLINKIT ARE DENYING THAT HE IS NOT ABLE TO DO AND MAKING US harassment , PLEASE WE NEED FULL REFUND AND ACTION AGAINST OF THEM

  1. My name is Anand Bhushan.

    I have ordered some products with Blinkit but they have delivered less quantity. First they dint inform that they are delivering less quantity. Second when i complaint abt the same they told you need to come online tomorrow as it is late and then again talk to our customer care executive for the same thing. I have told them i cant do it as i have packed schedule.

    Now they are not even considering my complaint as it is more than 72 hours. i wrote to their CEO office and CEO itself but no one is responding on the same.

    They are neither refunding the amount nor redelivering the product.
