On 11th July, I got call from Ravi Agravat and he offered some data entry job to me from Cradlesoft Enterprises saying that they will giving 640 form and I have complete the form within 7 days without any fail and there should be 90% accuracy.

If any failure in submitting the form and if there no accuracy up to 90% must pay the registration fees that is up to 4000/-. I said ok for that, later I got another call from verification department of that company she also mentioned same I think, and I said ok for it and I started work from 11th of July.

With the great difficulty I have completed the work within 7 days and submitted form on 18th of July. After the submission I got call from the person named Mahendra Prajapati. He said your work is not up accuracy, you must go for court and pay Rs. 87,950/-, I was scared at that time and he provided another offer from company said by paying to correction of the form what I was worked earlier to reach up to accuracy, for that must pay Rs. 21,980, after the payment one link will be sent, in that you correct the forms, if u don’t want this offer you can go for court and pay the money like that he told.

I was scared and without informing parents I arranged money from friends and paid through google pay after that he sent the link, I opened that, and auto correction process was done through that link. After everything was done again, I got call from that person he told your salary amount is ready we will give you that but the conversation of USA currency to Indian currency again demanded to pay Rs. 25,630/- , I said no for that but he started to blackmail if u not paying go court and pay total amount and cancel your process I was bit confuse he started to call again and again and telling that if you pay Rs. 25,630/- we will refund all money with your salary so again I paid 25,630/- thinking that I will get all money back.

But After that ASSOCIATE ADVOCATE RAJENDRA THAKUR called me and threatened me to pay Rs. 37,950/- saying that that is company rule your accuracy is not up to the level so you have to pay the court fine (Mentioned in a fraud letter of FIR by Advocate Rajendra Thakur) otherwise u have to go to Dahod District Court on 20.07.2020 and pay 87,950/- cancel your process.

This time I refuse to pay money , I got many call from that lawyer and he stared to torture me to pay the money or else I will book the file in court again you ,Then I stopped responding them later I got one notice by him through the mail to attend court case.

I am scared right now already I lost nearly Rs. 47,610/- without informing parents. I am a student right now.
