I ordered two bata sandals total amount 1879 rs . However I received completely different product and I immediately called the customer care to report the issue. They assured that I will either get a replacement or refund for the same. It happened on April 3 and today when I contacted again they told me as I returned wrong products that’s why I will not be getting a refund. So how could I return a correct product when I received a wrong products at the first place. Now netther I am getting refund not a replacement nor those products that are returned in place of bata sandal. Sothis is complete harassment.mental as well as monetary loss.
